Gladas Creative is an investment platform operating in the field of internet traffic arbitrage. The Company enters into agreements with international brands and digital platforms, organizes and scales advertising campaigns, and earns revenue from each user action (e.g., registration, purchase).

Investor funds are used to scale advertising operations. All processes — from traffic acquisition to analytics and optimization — are managed by an in-house team and automated tools. Investor profit depends on the efficiency of the advertising ecosystem.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Comply with applicable laws, including AML and KYC requirements;
• Not interfere with platform operations or use bots, scrapers, or malicious software;
• Respect intellectual property rights, copyrights, and personal data of others;
• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

You are solely responsible for actions taken through your account. The Company may suspend or limit access in case of violations.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service, full functionality, or error-free operation. Technical outages, delays, updates, or disruptions may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

You use the platform at your own risk. The Company is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from service interruptions, third-party provider failures (e.g., wallets, payment gateways), market volatility, or other circumstances.

Deposits are made in cryptocurrencies: USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20), BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, LTC. All payments are processed through third-party gateways, for which Gladas Creative is not responsible.

Plan returns are not guaranteed and depend on the performance of advertising campaigns. All terms, including duration, rates, and withdrawal options, are shown in your dashboard.

You acknowledge that investing in digital assets and advertising carries risks, including market fluctuations, technical issues, and regulatory changes.

The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy. Access to data is restricted and shared with third parties only as required by law.

You are responsible for securing your account. If you detect suspicious activity, notify support immediately.

All platform content — including design, text, images, code, and UI — is protected by intellectual property law. Use of materials is allowed only with written permission from Gladas Creative.

The Company may restrict or revoke access to users who violate the Terms. This may be done without prior notice.

The platform offers a multi-level referral program. Terms, commission rates, and levels are shown in your dashboard. Bonuses are credited for deposits made by referred users. Gladas Creative reserves the right to withhold bonuses in cases of abuse, spam, fraud, or multiple account creation.

Gladas Creative takes all reasonable measures to ensure the stability and safety of user funds. In the event of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, data center failures, pandemics, wars, civil unrest, or government actions — obligations may be temporarily suspended.

A stabilization reserve fund is maintained to help cover potential delays or payout disruptions. The Company strives to ensure consistent payouts even during unstable periods. User funds remain protected through distributed storage and internal risk control.

Disputes arising from use of the platform or company services will be resolved through negotiations. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and fairly.

If agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in the Company’s legal jurisdiction. You agree that all claims must be resolved individually. Class actions and group arbitration are explicitly excluded by these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Gladas Creative regarding use of the platform and replace all prior agreements, oral or written.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full effect. A waiver of any right shall not constitute a waiver of others or of future enforcement of that same right.
